Our event app (Brella) is live. If you already have a ticket, you'll receive an invitation by email within two business days.

What can I do in the event app?

Once you've created your profile, you can schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees, sign up for breakout sessions and roundtables (with limited capacity), and gives you access to your ticket for the day itself.

How do I log in to the event app?

You receive a personal invitation email with a link to create your profile. After that, you log in with the same email address you used to register. Can't find the invite? Check your spam folder or contact us via the contact form and we'll resend it.

I already used the app at a previous event. Do I need a new account?

No, if you've used the app before, you can log in with your existing account and join this edition's event from there.

Just make sure you have the latest update installed, so the app works the way it's designed to.

Is the event app required to attend?

No, but we strongly recommend it. It's where you can find your ticket, and it's also how you get the most value out of the event, like planning your 1:1 meetings. On top of that, you will find the full agenda, speaker details and attendee list.

Yes. Orders of more than 5 tickets receive a 20% discount, an easy way to bring your leadership team along.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You pay when you book. We then review every application to keep the room relevant. If your profile is not the right fit for this edition, we decline your application and refund the full ticket amount within 5 working days. If your application is approved, your ticket is confirmed and the payment stands.

1) Pick your ticket and fill in the application form. 2) Complete payment via Stripe. 3) We review your application personally. 4) If you fit the room, your ticket is confirmed. If not, we refund you in full within 5 working days.

Founders and senior leaders of SaaS and AI companies, primarily based in or active in the Benelux. The room is intentionally senior, application-based, and curated to keep conversations relevant.

I am not a founder or C-level. Can I still attend?

In most cases no. We keep the room senior so the conversations stay relevant. If you lead a function and operate at C-level scope, mention this clearly in your application.

Is this open to companies outside the Benelux?

The focus is Benelux SaaS and AI. A small number of relevant attendees from neighbouring markets join each edition.

Are investors welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A limited number of seats are available for SaaS investors who actively contribute to the ecosystem (a dedicated SaaS Investor ticket is available). Pure prospecting funds without operator engagement are not the focus.
