Some companies don’t just compete, they change the rules. This award celebrates the SaaS business that is redefining its category, challenging conventions, and showing what’s possible when bold ideas meet flawless execution.
How the SaaS awards work
The SaaS Awards Benelux are built on fairness, relevance, and deep industry knowledge.
• Open nominations: mid September 2025, the Benelux SaaS community will be invited to nominate companies and founders. Both self-nominations and peer nominations are welcome.
• Meaningful submissions: Each nomination includes a few key numbers and a short story on why this company or individual deserves the spotlight.
• Shortlist & review: From all entries, we create a focused shortlist. The goal is quality, not quantity.
• Independent jury: A group of respected founders, investors, and SaaS leaders will meet in October to select the winners. Their decisions are grounded in experience and a real understanding of what it takes to build in the Benelux.
• Award ceremony: On November 4, during SaaS Summit Benelux, the five winners will be announced and celebrated on stage. Jury members will hand out the awards and share why the winners truly stood out.

Both companies and individuals in the Benelux SaaS ecosystem. Nominations can be submitted either by themselves or by peers.
When does the nomination process start?
Nominations open in mid September 2025.
How does the selection process work?
• You submit a few key metrics and a short motivation.
• A shortlist will be created.
• An independent jury of SaaS founders, investors, and experts will evaluate nominees in October 2025.
When and how are the winners announced?
During the award show on November 4, 2025, live on stage at SaaS Summit Benelux — including jury insights.

Yes, self-nominations are welcome.
