Join our volunteer program
By volunteering at SaaS Summit Benelux, you’ll gain free access to the entire event. As part of the volunteer team, you’ll have the chance to attend keynotes, sessions, and presentations—at no cost to you.
On-site, you may be assigned a role in areas such as operations, guest services, or other duties depending on event needs.
We aim to match your role with your interests, ensuring that both you and the SaaS Summit Benelux benefit from your participation.

Volunteer Requirements:
- Be fluent in Dutch and English
- Must be 18 or older
- Attend the required volunteer orientation session on Tuesday, November 5, at the Kromhouthal in Amsterdam
- Be available to work on November 6, 2024
- Arrive punctually for the scheduled shifts
- Wear the provided SaaS Summit Benelux T-shirt/Hoodie, along with your own blue or black jeans/trousers, during your shifts
- Join the SaaS Summit Volunteer WhatsApp group until November 7th.
